DB Schenker stands for the logistics activities of Deutsche Bahn. ADI has built a state-of-the-art cross-docking facility in Dubai Logistics City. DB Schenker reserved a total of 60,000 sqm in the DLC Freight Forwarding area as part of a long term logistics strategy. ADI, responsible for the complete design, planning, and project management is handed over this 1st phase (8.500 sqm BUA) in January 2015. The design is according to the client’s world-wide standards and divided into two temperature sections.
