Kuehne & Nagel was the first logistics company to sign up for a plot of land bigger than 80.000 sqm in Dubai Logistics City. Its multi temperature, state-of-the-art warehouses were implemented in phases. Currently, the first 3 phases have been completed and the next phase is currently in planning. ADI, responsible for the design, planning, and construction management handed over the 2nd phase in 2012, and the 3rd phase in 2018. The design matches K&N’s international standards and is still tailor-made to host different logistics services at varying temperatures.
