The JV Hellmann/Calipar was one of the first pharmaceutical 3PL’s established in the UAE. ADI has built a state-of-the-art healthcare DC at Dubai Logistics City (DLC) with MOH (Ministry Of Health) approval certificates. Hellmann/Calipar reserved a total of 40.000 sqm in DLC as part of a long term logistics strategy. ADI, responsible for the complete design, planning, and project management handed over the facility in Sept. 2014. The design is according to the international pharma standards with stringent humidity and temperature controlled areas.
