Process to layout
Based on the team’s experience in management and operations in logistics, adi can conceptualize and design logistics facilities from “process to layout”. In each individual project, adi first ensures that it understands all the business activities and processes of the client. This approach is applied in the planning of individual logistics facilities as well as in the design and master planning of entire multi-modal transport and logistics platforms.
Turn-key design, build, and financing
adi is founding partner of Giolog, which offers the entire scope of design, planning, construction and financing of turn-key logistics and industrial facilities. Giolog is backed by adi ‘s expertise in logistics and by the capabilities of the Felix Giorgetti construction company. Furthermore, Giolog has an exclusive agreement for the Middle East market with Astron, who is the European market leader in manufacturing industrial steel buildings.
Start-up
While Giolog may remain the partner for facility management and related work for the client’s logistics facility, adi offers implementation and management support for the start-up of operations. This includes implementation of processes, operations, systems, material handling equipment and training of personnel. Upon request, adican also manage logistics operations on a permanent basis.
